Custom designed 4 stop twin column hydraulic Mezzanine Goods Lift 1000kg pit installed, installation Wortley Moor Road, Leeds LS12 4JH with a finished floor level 10511mm and platform size 2500mm x 1600mm.

Platform fitted 2 sides with 1500mm high infilled panels on the non-loading sides and 1500mm high twin opening interlocked gates on loading side finished in Red RAL 3020.

At the lower level the lift can be accessed from both sides.

The mezzanine goods lift is a self-supporting lift structure manufactured from 150mm x 150mm box section steel with clad infilled panels Grey RAL 7024.

Mezzanine Goods fitted with 2000mm high twin loading doors cladded with Perspex viewing panel at all entrances and these are fitted with interlock system to ensure that the loading gates can only operate in conjunction with the lift controls and the lift will be prevented from operating if loading gates on any level are not fully closed. The overall height of the upper-level structure is 2290mm.

Mezz Goods Lift fitted with safety shoot bolts which allow for the operator to enter onto the lift platform safely while the lift is docked at the upper levels, the shoot bolts also eliminate any deflection in the platform during loading and unloading. “Press to Go” one touch controls with emergency stop at all entrances and levels fitted as standard.

To prevent damage from pallet trucks and forklift trucks the power pack and hydraulic system is in enclosed in a lockable steel cabinet size D500mm x L1000mm x H1300mm. Electrics 3 phase, 400v, 5.5Kw control voltage 24-volt IP55.
