Bespoke double column 500kg 3 stop same side loading hydraulic Mezzanine Floor Goods only Lift installed Hardwick Grange, Woolston, Warrington, Cheshire WA1 4RF with a finished floor level 6238mm and platform size 1800mm wide x 25000mm deep.
Platform fitted with a fully enclosed cabin 2000mm high including loading gates finished in Red RAL 3001; LED lighting included.
Mezzanine Goods lift installed in a 150mm pit to allow smooth entry within the lift – pit by others.
Mezzanine Goods Lift Warrington is a self-supporting lift structure manufactured from 120mm x 120mm box section steel with clad infilled panels Grey RAL 7024.
Goods lift fitted with 2000mm high twin loading doors cladded with Perspex viewing panels at all entrances and these are fitted with interlock system to ensure that the loading gates can only operate in conjunction with the lift controls and the lift will be prevented from operating if loading gates on any level are not fully closed.
The overall height of the upper-level structure is 2290mm.
Warrington Goods Lift platform fitted with shoot bolts to stabilise the platform and remove any hydraulic ‘bounce’ when fully loaded at the upper levels.
“Press to Go” one touch controls with emergency stop at all entrances and levels fitted as standard.
To prevent damage from pallet trucks and forklift trucks the power pack and hydraulic system is in enclosed in a lockable steel cabinet size D600mm x L300mm x H1300mm. Electrics 3 phase, 400v, 4Kw control voltage 24-volt IP55.
