2 stop heavy duty 3500kg pit installed twin mast Industrial Mezzanine Goods Lift installed West Green Road, London N15 3RQ with a finished floor level 3799mm and platform size W3000mm x D1500mm. Platform fitted 3 sides with 1100mm high infilled panels RAL 3001 on the non-loading sides, the front of the platform is fitted with photocell sensor (safety curtain) at H:1100mm. Goods lift recessed in a 150mm deep pit for flush entry into the lift.

Industrial Mezzanine goods lift is a self-supporting structure manufactured from 150mm x 150mm box section steel with clad infilled panels RAL 5005. Goods lift fitted with 2600mm high hybrid roller shutter doors at both entrances, and these are fitted with interlock system to ensure that the lift will not operate until the roller shutters doors are closed. The overall height of the upper-level structure is 3200mm.

HD Goods lift platform fitted with shoot bolts to stabilise the platform and remove any hydraulic ‘bounce’ when fully loaded at the upper floor. “Press to Go” one touch controls with emergency stop at both levels fitted as standard.

To prevent damage from pallet trucks and forklift trucks the power pack and hydraulic system is in enclosed in a lockable steel cabinet size D685mm x L900mm x H1450mm. Electrics 3 phase, 400v, 15Kw control voltage 24-volt IP55.
