External Goods Lifts Galvanised

External galvanised pit installed 3 stop goods lift 1000kg with finished floor levels 3900mm and 6350mm with a platform size 1820mm x 1150mm fitted with 1100mm high infilled panels on the non-loading sides and twin opening interlocked gates installed Looe Harbour Cornwall

The lift structure is self-supporting and manufactured from 150mm x 150mm box section steel with mesh infilled galvanised panels. At the lower level entry can be accessed from either side while the upper levels are single entry. Goods lift fitted with 2000mm high single loading doors cladded with a Perspex viewing panel at ground and first floor only, the upper level fitted with half height door. Each entry is fitted with interlock system to ensure that the loading gates can only operate in conjunction with the lift controls and the lift will be prevented from operating if loading gates on any level are not fully closed. The overall height of the support structure is 7651mm.

Galvanised Goods Lift supplied with safety shoot bolts which allows for the operator to enter the lift platform safely while the lift is docked at the upper levels, the shoot bolts also eliminates any flex in the platform during loading and unloading. “Press to Go” one touch controls with emergency stop at each entry levels fitted as standard.

The power pack and hydraulic system is in enclosed in a lockable steel cabinet size D500mm x L500mm x H1300mm with is located internally of the building. Electrics 3 phase, 400v, 3Kw control voltage 24 volt IP67.
