Bespoke 2 stop double column 1000kg hydraulic mezz goods lift installed Browells Lane, Feltham, Middlesex TW13 7EQ with a finished floor level 4400mm and platform size 4000mm x 2500mm.

Platform fitted 3 sides with 1100mm high infilled panels on the non-loading sides and 1100mm high twin opening interlocked gates on loading side finished in Red RAL 3020. Goods lift recessed in a 240mm deep pit for flush entry onto the lift.

A self-supporting lift structure manufactured from 120mm x 120mm box section steel with clad infilled panels Grey RAL 7024.

Goods only lift fitted with 2200mm high hybrid roller shutter doors at both entrances and these are fitted with interlock system to ensure that the platform loading gates can only operate in conjunction with the lift controls and the lift will be prevented from operating if loading gates at any level are not fully closed. The overall height of the upper-level structure is 2800mm.

Goods Lift fitted with safety shoot bolts which allow for the operator to enter onto the lift platform safely while the lift is docked at the upper level, the shoot bolts also eliminate any deflection in the platform during loading and unloading. “Press to Go” one touch controls with emergency stop at both entrances and levels fitted as standard.

To prevent damage from pallet trucks and forklift trucks the power pack and hydraulic system is in enclosed in a lockable steel cabinet size D500mm x L500mm x H1300mm. Electrics 3 phase, 400v, 7.5Kw control voltage 24-volt IP55.
