2 custom designed galvanised 2500kg 2 stop double column hydraulic mezzanine Goods Lifts installed for Nestlé Nigeria with a finished floor level 3500mm and platform size 2500mm x 2000mm.

Platform fitted on the non-loading sides with 1100mm high infilled galvanised panels, on the loading sides the lifts are fitted with 1800mm long photo sensors.

The photo sensors allows for the fork lift driver to load the platform without disembarking the FLT.

A self-supporting galvanised lift structure manufactured from 150mm x 150mm box section steel with mesh infilled panels. Mezzanine goods only lift fitted with 2500mm high hybrid roller shutter doors at both entrances and these are fitted with interlock system to ensure that the platform can only operate in conjunction with the lift controls and the lift will be prevented from operating. The lifts are also fitted with signalling lights Red, Yellow, Green-Buzzer to inform the operators the location of the docked platform. The overall height of the upper-level structure is 3150mm. At the lower level a reinforced ramp is provided to accommodate load and FLT.

Mezzanine goods Lift fitted with safety shoot bolts which allow for the operator to enter onto the lift platform safely while the lift is docked at the upper level, the shoot bolts also eliminate any deflection in the platform during loading and unloading. Added as a customer request UPS for bringing the platform to the ground floor in the event of sudden loss of power.

To prevent damage from pallet trucks and forklift trucks the power pack and hydraulic system is in enclosed in a lockable galvanised cabinet size D500mm x L500mm x H1300mm. Electrics 3 phase, 400v, 11Kw control voltage 24-volt IP55.
