Bespoke Goods Lift Slough

Custom designed hydraulic 4000kg 2 stop 4 column goods lift installed in a 200mm pit with a finished floor level 7970mm installation Slough, Berkshire.

Platform size 2120mm x 4495mm fitted with a fully enclosed stainless steel cabin 2500mm high with LED lighting. The lift structure is self-supporting and manufactured from 200mm x 200mm box section steel with clad infilled panels.

Goods lift fitted with 2500mm high twin loading doors cladded with perspex viewing panels and the doors are fitted with interlock system to ensure that the loading gates can only operate in conjunction with the lift controls and the lift will be prevented from operating if loading gates on any level are not fully closed. The overall height of the support structure is 11050mm.

Goods Lift supplied with safety shoot bolts which allows for the operator to enter the lift platform safely while the lift is docked at the upper levels, the shoot bolts also eliminates any flex in the platform during loading and unloading. “Press to Go” one touch controls with emergency stop at each entry levels fitted as standard.

The power pack and hydraulic system is in enclosed in a lockable steel cabinet size D500mm x L500mm x H1300mm with is located internally of the building. Electrics 3 phase, 400v, 15Kw control voltage 24 volt IP55.
